Fabrice, (aka Fabfour) just thought two wheels were not exciting enough, so he opted for only one wheel to hop around Brussels. As if maintaining balance on a unicycle was not awkward enough, riding trials with one is truly amazing.
Beware of unicylists, they will steal the show from any two-wheel trials rider (passers-by will simply ignore you or reject you as a boring MTB rider if someone ride a unicycle nearby). That is what happened when we were all out riding trials on some rocky blocks at the Palais de Justice in Brussels. As Fabfour was doing his tricks on one wheel, we all felt completely invisible and ignored by entire crowds of tourists watching his every move. Check out the unicycle section, there is an entire new world of trials riding out there, with plenty to discover. I definitely need to add a unicycle to my bike collection, for the sake of trying.
